Joint Preparation
Clean joints thoroughly to remove dust, grease, old sealant and contaminants; mask adjacent areas if necessary.
Applying XtremoSeal Neutral
Cut the cartridge nozzle to the required bead size and apply sealant evenly into the joint using a caulking gun.
Tooling
Tool the sealant with a suitable spatula within the open time to ensure proper contact and smooth finish.
Curing
Allow the sealant to cure as per PIS before exposing to water or mechanical movement.
