Step-by-Step Process
Surface Preparation
Ensure all bonding surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil and contaminants.
Application
Stir the adhesive well before use and apply uniformly on both substrates using a notch spreader.
Touch Dry and Assembly
Wait for the adhesive to become touch dry as per PIS guidance, then press both substrates firmly together.
Curing
Allow the bonded assembly to cure for about 24 hours at ambient temperature before full use.
