Step-by-Step Process
Surface Preparation
Ensure the masonry surface is fully cured, dry and free from dust, loose particles, efflorescence, oil and other contaminants as mentioned in the Product Information Sheet.
Application of Putty (If Required)
Level surface imperfections with a suitable wall putty and allow it to dry, sanding to obtain a smooth surface before priming.
Applying Trucare Interior Wall Primer - Water Thinnable
Thin the primer with clean water as directed in the PIS and apply uniformly by brush, roller or spray on the prepared surface.
Recoating with Topcoat
Allow the primer coat to dry completely, then apply the recommended interior distemper or emulsion topcoat system.
